Seminars at Sea sets sail for Bermuda!
 

When you think Bermuda do you think of shorts? Pink sand beaches? World-class golf? Tax shelters? Well, now you can think of yourself living the best of both worlds, learning and lounging during this Seminar at Sea. Join us as we depart from Cape Liberty in New Jersey, and travel on a 5-night cruise to the posh British Island of Bermuda where you will have an overnight stay. This trip departs on June 29, 2024 and returns on July 4, 2024. 

Ports of Call
 

Come with us on this great education vacation. We will set sail from Cape Liberty in New Jersey, right across the Hudson River in New York. Come early or stay longer and take in the sites of the cities. The only port of call on this trip is the amazing Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda where we will remain docked overnight. While there you can check out some great attractions including Horseshoe Bay Beach or Crystal Caves, or take a ferry to the capital city of Hamilton. You don't even need to leave the port to take in Bermuda's history and culture. This is a fantastic and walkable city, or rent a scooter or an electric car if you want to explore a little further. Don't miss the opportunity to pick up a pair of Bermuda shorts while you are shopping. 

You will have plenty of free time while at the port for adventures and fun. On this cruise, the ship stays at port overnight allowing you the choice of staying out late (or even all night) to enjoy the nightlife of Bermuda or coming back to the ship to enjoy your favorite onboard activities.

Course Offerings
 

While on board you can take some fantastic classes to earn the massage continuing education hours that you need to renew your license. You will learn some great skills that you can immediately put into practice. Your clients will be glad you went on this education vacation because they will benefit from all of the new skills that you picked up on this fun trip. The best part is that ALL OF THESE CLASSES ARE INCLUDED as part of the cruise package:

• On this cruise, you can take the Professional Level of our acclaimed Medical Massage Practitioner Program.  This includes Day of the Back and Day of the Neck. Learn protocols to take your clients out of pain. Students enrolled in both of these courses will be entitled to a complimentary online Insurance Billing course. Make sure to take advantage of our "Land and Sea Program" which will allow you to take the Masters Level Program when you return to port, at a local area hotel  (additional tuition for Masters Level Program applies. Please see details below.) 
   
• Make your massage life longer by learning Integrative Massage Cupping. Not only will you learn some great self-care, but you will also learn some extremely effective massage techniques that your clients will love and you will love to perform.  This specialization is sure to complement your practice. 
   
• Borrow a couple of hours of port time to take NMT for TMJ. This is a compliment to your medical massage classes. You will learn an intraoral routine that can bring word-of-mouth clients to your door. 

While onboard, you can take as many as 24 CE hours while on the vacation of a lifetime! (For Land and Sea Program attendees, you can earn up to an additional 20 hours.)

Ship Amenities
 

We will set sail on Royal Caribbean's exciting Vision Class Liberty of the Seas where the motto is Go Big or Stay Home! When you are not in classes, this ship boasts of a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, pools, hot tubs, dueling water slides, and events, an outdoor poolside movie screen, and a theater offering live entertainment. There are endless activities for you to enjoy onboard. Are you up for rock climbing, ice skating, a little table tennis or a fitness class? When is the last time you received a massage? Take in a show or enjoy a piano sing-along. Don't forget to check out the casino. Party all night long or get up early and watch the sunrise. It's up to you! Onboard, there are more cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs and dining facilities than you could possibly get to. And if you have kids, bring them. The kids club is the best!

Sailing Itinerary/Class Schedule

*Massage Cupping is each held in 2 parts for a total of 16 credits/class.
*NMT for TMJ is held in 2 parts for a total of 8 credits.
All portions of these classes must be taken in their entirety to receive credit.

Land and Sea Program
 

Complete the entire Medical Massage Practitioner Program in one fun-filled week. Take the entire Professional Level on your cruise and then you can enroll in the Masters Level at a local hotel conference room when you return. You can travel home with your certification in hand! (The Masters Level program is not included in the All-Inclusive On Board Classes offer and requires a separate enrollment.)

Travel Package Details
 

The fare for this Seminar at Sea starts at $1129 for an interior cabin. (This pricing is per person based on double occupancy. Single and triple room rates are available at differing fares. Discounted pricing is automatic for guests not taking classes. You may upgrade to oceanview cabins or staterooms with a balcony for a nominal per-person fee. Please ask the Environ Travel agent for details. Port charges are included in the base price. Taxes are an additional appx $220. per person.)

This travel package includes the following: 
 

• Enrollment in unlimited classes! (Please note that some classes are offered concurrently. Certain classes are broken into several smaller sessions. All sessions of a class must be completed in order to receive credit for that class.) 
   
• Fare also includes your stateroom (including a cabin steward and too many onboard amenities to mention,) unlimited meals virtually every hour of the day or night (including room service), Las Vegas-style entertainment including live shows and a friendly casino, fun and fitness activities to keep you moving or relaxing if you prefer, and of course luxury transportation to the breathtaking ports mentioned above.
