We must reach a minimum number of attendees in order for us to be able to go forward with any class. If we do not meet our minimum we will advise students at least three weeks in advance of the class via email and/or by the phone number provided at registration. From time to time it is necessary to change a class location. Should this occur, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible. We accept no responsibility for costs associated with the location change.
LMT Success Group is an education company that provides continuing education services primarily, but not limited to massage therapists located in the United States. All classes offered are approved by the NCBTMB for national hours. Each state's board has its own requirements. It is the student's responsibility to be aware of and follow the rules of their governing board.
After a student has taken a class, they may review the same class tuition-free for up to a year from the date that they first took the class, if space allows. No additional continuing education credits will be granted for review classes. Student is expected to bring their original course materials to the review class. The free review offer expires on January 1, 2024.
Post January 1, 2024 review policy: All students will be eligible for a discounted review price if enrolled within a two-year time frame from their original course date. Students will receive CE hours for review classes. One-day class is a $25 discount, Two day classes offer a $50 discount. Certificate programs lasting 4 days or more offer a $100 discount. "One day wonder" renewal year specials that include home study are not included in this offer.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you enroll in classes on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or respond to a survey. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing and billing address, phone number, and credit card information. All credit card information is transmitted online via secured settings and is processed by a trusted third-party payment processor. In compliance with PCI standards, we do not retain any credit card data. An IP address is collected. That is the address assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Voluntary information as to preferences may also be collected.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service or for communications related to the transaction requested.

To send informational emails
The email address you provide to opt in to our mailing list will be used to send newsletters, blog posts, advise you of dates and locations of upcoming classes, special offers, promotions and other marketing materials. From time to time we may send a special offer from an affiliate partner.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
