Eastern Caribbean Cruise - October 2024

Eastern Caribbean Cruise - October 2024

Join us on an Eastern Caribbean cruise!

Join us on a luxurious 8-day, 7-night Caribbean cruise on the magnificent Wonder of the Seas, one of the biggest and boldest cruise ships in the world! We will visit three fabulous ports of call and you will have a great selection of fantastic massage continuing CE classes to take while you are onboard. This trip on this spectacular ship is sure to be our best cruise yet!

Ports of Call

We set sail from Port Canaveral (outside of Orlando.)  Arrive a day or two early to experience the theme parks and attractions of Orlando, or visit the Space Center or check out the beaches in this fantastic area. Then get on board the Wonder of the Seas to experience one of the newest and largest ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet.

We start our trip with a Perfect Day at CocoCay.  This is Royal Caribbean's exclusive private island experience. Be sure to check out the Thrill Waterpark for some crazy waterslides, a wave pool and aquatic adventure! Get a bird's eye view of the island from a hot air balloon. Hit up South Beach for water sports. You might decide to splurge on one of the overwater cabanas or lounge in luxury at the Coco Beach Club. Be sure to stop by the swim-up bar at the Oasis Lagoon. There's a live DJ! Maybe relaxing at Chill Island is more your style. Perfect Day at CocoCay lives up to its name!

Next, you get to experience the beautiful blue waters of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. This is a great place to relax on a hammock on the beach. This is a prime spot for snorkeling. Enjoy some conch fritters and a microbrew at a beachside bar or explore Blackbeard's Castle. Don't miss out on the spectacular views via cable car!

The last stop on this trip is Philipsburg, St. Maarten. This is the place to sail, snorkel, or lounge by the water and watch the boats and yachts sail by. You can hike, zip line, and swim in a spring-fed pool fed by waterfalls. Oh, and of course there is some great duty-free shopping!

Course Offerings

While on board you can take some fantastic classes to earn the massage continuing education hours that you need to renew your license. You will learn some great skills that you can immediately put into practice. Your clients will be glad you went on this education vacation because they will benefit from all of the new skills that you picked up on this fun trip. The best part is that ALL OF THESE CLASSES ARE INCLUDED as part of the cruise package:

  • On this cruise, you can complete the Professional Level of our acclaimed Medical Massage Practitioner Program.  This includes the Day of the Back and Lower Extremity classes. Learn protocols to take your clients out of pain. Make sure to take advantage of our "Land and Sea Program" which will allow you to take the Masters Level Series when you return to port, at a local area hotel  (additional tuition for the Masters Level Program applies. Please see details below.) Students who enroll in the entire Medical Massage Practitioner Series will receive the Insurance Billing Home Study course for free.
  • While onboard, you can take the entire Reflexology Workshop. This includes Foundations of Reflexology and Advanced Reflexology. (The Advanced course requires completion of the Fundamentals course or significant experience in Reflexology and instructor approval.)
  • Take an abbreviated introductory-level Sports Massage class to learn how to help athletes and weekend warriors.
  • Check out our Tools of the Trade mini series to learn bite-sized lessons to work with various tools and modalities.

Ship Amenities

While onboard, in addition to learning some great new skills and networking with other top massage therapists, there are no limits to all of the great things you can do. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the great activities that this ship has to offer including pool parties, outdoor movies, dance lessons, table tennis and more.

While aboard the Wonder of the Seas, you have to check out the shows at the AquaTheater and the ice skating shows. There are bars and lounges. There is a comedy club and a silent party. If you are into pickleball or rock climbing, this is the cruise for you! There is even a zip-line adventure onboard the ship! Take some time to relax with a spa treatment, a dip in the pool or hot tub, or a sip of a coffee or a cocktail while overlooking the ocean and contemplating life. You will not be bored.  Feel free to bring along the family. They will love the arcade and adventure center. And of course, it isn't a cruise without Karaoke! You might be amazed by how talented your fellow guests are. Several programs are available for kids and teens will keep them busy while you are in and out of class. You are going to love this adventure!

You will be living the good life by going to dinner, dancing, and watching Broadway-style shows and performers. We hope that lady luck will be on your side if you are checking out the casino. Are you a foodie? OMG, there is more amazing food than a person could eat. Prepare to be amazed and delighted! Being on board this ship is like vacationing at a luxury resort. This is the best way to earn your CE hours! Warning: You will never want to take CE classes any other way.

Our ship sets sail from Port Canaveral on October 13, 2024, and returns on October 20, 2024.

NOTE: Classes are included as part of our Travel Package. Please scroll down to find out more information about the Travel Group International Package. You must secure your cabin before enrolling in classes.
