ONLINE HOME STUDY PROGRAM

 

Our online home study program provides our students with an easy and convenient way to earn 12 13 of the hours that they need for license renewal in Florida.  The classes included in this program include the following:

 

For Florida Therapists:
 

  • 3 hours of Prevention of Medical Errors. This course is required for all licensed health care practitioners pursuant to Florida Statute.
     
  • 3 hours of Florida Laws and Rules. This course must cover the Medical Practice Act, the Massage Practice Act and Rule Title 64B7, F.A.C., governing the practice of Massage Therapy.
     
  • 3 hours of Professional Ethics. The Florida Administrative Rules require this course. 
     
  • 3 Hours of Research Literacy. This additional massage-related topic is board approved and trending topic of importance for massage therapists. 
     
  • BONUS: 1 hour of Human Trafficking. This is required for renewal.

This is an outsourced program. Because of our volume of requests, we were able to negotiate a discounted tuition and are able to pass on the savings to you. You will receive 1/2 off the provider's regular price of $100 for this 12-hour program!  Upon successful completion of this program, you will be reported to Florida CE Broker.

 

Once this enrollment has been processed, we will email you a link and directions to take your online home study program. This home study program is for the August 31, 2023 renewal period. Please do not wait until the last minute to complete this program.

HOW TO ENROLL

You may enroll in courses online by selecting the date and location of the class(es) you wish to take and click on the "Enroll Now" button below to place item(s) in your shopping cart. All online payments are processed through a secured server. If you wish to enroll over the phone or if you have any additional questions, please contact us at #800-201-2247.

 

YOU ARE PROTECTED!

If you enroll in a class and for some reason you are unable to make it, don't worry, you are covered. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the class, you can get a refund of your tuition. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the scheduled class, you will still receive a credit to take the same class at a later time. You can also take a different class at a different location. Please see our cancellation policy for more details. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FLORIDA THERAPIST SPECIAL

The spaces that are available in the Florida renewal year classes are limited. Should an enrollee wish to cancel a class, they may do so within 30 days prior to the start of the class and request a refund, minus a $75 administrative fee. If an enrollee wishes to cancel a class within the thirty days prior to the start date of the class, no refunds will be given, however, they will be provided a course credit to be used toward another course. Course credits will expire after 1 year from the time they are provided.

DIGITAL FORMAT

All course materials will be provided in a digital format. About a week prior to your class, you will receive an email with credentials to log in to your student portal. You will be able to check in to your course online, view, download, or print your manual prior to the time of class, submit your course evaluation and download your Certificate of Completion, right from your portal page! Even after your class is over you will still have access to your course materials. Please have an internet-enabled device with you at the time of class. It's a super and convenient process.

STAYING OVERNIGHT?

Aside from special events such as Success School and Education Vacations, we do not typically arrange sleeping rooms at our host hotels for weekend classes. If a room rate is not specifically noted in the class description below, please check your favorite discount travel website (hotels.com, trivago.com, expedia.com, tripadvisor.com, etc.) to see if better rates are available at the host hotel. Oftentimes the rates on travel websites are lower than what we are able to negotiate and our room block rates, if available, are subject to expiration. If a class location is not already listed, it will be added to this page as soon as it has been finalized. Enrolled students will receive an email reminder one week prior to the class with the location.
