Which type of certificate do you need?

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION - This is the Certificate that you receive after your continuing education class. You are requesting that an additional copy be printed and mailed to you. There is a service fee of $10 per class to search for, print, and mail this certificate. Please indicate the name and date of the class in the "comments" section of the checkout.

MMP WALL CERTIFICATE - You have completed the entire Medical Massage Practitioner. You are requesting an additional wall certificate. There is a service fee of $25 for this request.
