LMT Success Group was founded in 1986 by Paul Kirchhoff, a seasoned massage therapist and instructor. Recognizing the gap in business education for massage professionals, Paul embarked on a mission to equip therapists with the tools they needed to build successful careers.
Starting with local marketing classes, Paul’s innovative approach quickly gained traction. The classes evolved into the WorkSmart Series, a comprehensive program designed to address the unique business challenges faced by massage therapists. As demand grew, the WorkSmart Series expanded to a national schedule, reaching therapists across the country.

In addition to business education, LMT Success Group has been a pioneer in the field of medical massage. Our Medical Massage Practitioner Program was developed and is one of the longest running such programs in the industry, providing therapists with the specialized skills and knowledge needed to work in clinical settings.
For decades, LMT Success Group has also offered Massage Education Vacations, including Seminars at Sea, Las Vegas Success School, and Adventure Learning in Costa Rica. Staying Ahead of the Curve
LMT Success Group has always been committed to staying ahead of the curve by offering cutting-edge education and training. Our Credentials
Most states require Massage Therapy Continuing Education providers to be NCBTMB approved. We are approved by the NCBTMB, Provider #450001-05, to provide continuing education to massage therapists on a national level.
Our CE Broker Provider Number is 50-11423. We report CE’s for Florida and Georgia students.
In every state that we offer classes in, the class is approved for that state. Different states have different CE requirements and restrictions as to what is approved for CE’s. If you travel to a different state to take classes, please be state.
