Vendor Agreement for Las Vegas Success School Vendors and Brands

VENDOR AGREEMENT

Las Vegas Success School 2026

Session A: July 6-10, 2026 (The Flamingo)
Session B: December 7-11, 2026 (The LINQ)

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of purchase by and between LMT Success Group, (“Organizer”) and the Vendor (individual or entity) purchasing the showcase package.

1. EVENT SESSIONS & DEFINITIONS

This agreement covers participation in one or both of the following events:

  • LVSS July 2026: July 6-10, 2026, at The Flamingo Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV.
  • LVSS December 2026: December 7-11, 2026, at The LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas, NV.

2. VENDOR PACKAGE & FEES

Base Participation Fee: $700.00 for a single session OR $1,150.00 for both LVSS July 2026 and LVSS December 2026 (not including optional add-ons). Organizer agrees to provide:

  • One (1) 6’ draped table and two (2) chairs in a designated Event foyer or common area.
  • Access to one (1) standard electrical outlet and venue public Wi-Fi.
  • Las Vegas Success School Knead to Know Strategy Sessions: The opportunity to provide one (1) 10-15 minute educational spotlight/product demo during a scheduled lunch break. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Promotional placement in Event-related emails to attendees sent before and after the session(s).

3. FOLDER INSERTS & LOGISTICS

If Vendor selects to participate in the the Folder Insertion option, the following logistics apply:

  • Delivery Deadline: Marketing materials or samples must be delivered to the Organizer at the Event Venue (or a pre-arranged FedEx/Business Center location at or near the hotel) no later than 12:00 PM PST on the Sunday immediately preceding the event start date.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Vendor is solely responsible for shipping costs and ensuring materials arrive on time. Organizer is not responsible for carrying or transporting Vendor materials to Las Vegas.
  • Failure to Deliver: If materials are not received by the 12:00 PM deadline, Organizer cannot guarantee inclusion in registration folders, and no refund for the insertion fee will be issued.

4. OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS

Based on availability, Vendor may add the following to their base package:

  • Massage Table Rental ($30/day): Organizer will provide one professional massage table for the booth. Vendor assumes all liability for damage to the rented equipment.
  • Evening Classroom Usage ($150): Use of a private classroom for an evening (post-class) promotional experience. We will assist in marketing efforts. Attendance is not guaranteed.
  • Activity Sponsorship ($300): Verbal recognition and email credit for the main social activity (e.g., Party Bus or High Roller).

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • 90+ Days Prior: 100% refund (less $50 processing fee).
  • 30–89 Days Prior: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 Days: No refund will be issued.

6. LIABILITY & STORAGE

Overnight Storage: As a convenience, a locked classroom may be provided for storage. LMT Success Group, is not responsible for moving vendor items and is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, including items left in storage or at the booth. Vendor is encouraged to carry their own insurance.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
