Cool Stuff to do in Las Vegas
Are you getting ready to attend Las Vegas Success School in December of 2013?
When you think about Las Vegas you think about the great times you can have in their fabulous casinos or spectacular shows. However, one of the best things about Las Vegas (particularly during the Holiday season), is the fact that there can be great fun to be had that doesn’t cost you a dime! Some of the hotels have free shows that take place right in front of the hotel, visible from the sidewalk. There is the pirate show at Treasure Island, the erupting volcano at the Mirage, and of course the iconic “dancing fountain” show at the Bellagio; a super cool show not to be missed!
Just walking the “strip” can be very entertaining. The Las Vegas strip is full of costumed characters and street performers, hoping for a tip from you You’ll run into Spiderman, Homer Simpson, Wonder Women, and many more. You may also run into celebrity impersonators, human “statues”, street magicians or sidewalk acrobats.
If you are staying at Harrah’s, our host hotel, check out the dueling piano show, very entertaining and absolutely free. In fact, most of the Vegas hotels have very talented lounge acts that are quite entertaining and free as well.
But the best part about Vegas in December are the Christmas displays, which are absolutely amazing. Check out the holiday display in front of the Venetian, which is just a 5 minute walk from Harrah’s, or the jaw dropping display in the conservatory at the Bellagio.
Of course, you can attend the showroom acts in Vegas well , with headline acts like Celine Dion, Cher, Shania Twain, Jerry Seinfeld, and Elton John. Or the seven incredible Cirque de Soleil shows currently playing on the strip. These shows can be pricey, but the entertainment provided is amongst the best in the world.
