About Us
 The LMT Success Group was founded in 1986 by Paul Kirchhoff. A massage school instructor at the time, Paul discovered that business education in massage schools left much to be desired. He also noticed that many of the schools' graduates were not working to their expectations, and some of them, although very talented, had dropped out of the profession entirely. Realizing that business and marketing skills are completely different from technical skills, but just as important, Paul began teaching Marketing classes locally. Slowly it grew to a national schedule.
Over the years classes have been added teaching techniques that maximize income while minimizing time expenditure. Recognizing the trend towards Medical Massage, the company recruited the most successful practitioners in the country and developed a Medical Massage Practitioner Certification Program that is the largest and most respected in the industry. They followed suit with other programs including Chair Massage, Massage Parties and a Spa Training program. The company then developed a product line of books, software, manuals and videos to support each program.
Today the LMT Success Group is the largest provider of continuing education for massage therapists in Florida, and one of the largest in the world. We have trained well over 15,000 massage therapists, many of whom swear by our classes as the most valuable they have taken in their careers.
